Community Initiatives
United Way works to build and improve community by developing initiatives to address aspects of community need. Our work is collaborative, bringing together individuals from all parts of the community, including business, government, health, labor, education and human services. We also work with partner agencies to make sure that the people in our communities have access to the services they need.Whether serving as a member of a community coalition, the primary agency on a specific project, or helping to raise awareness on an important issue, United Way is committed to bringing the right people, ideas, and resources together to get results for a stronger community.
