Homeless Network of Yakima

Homelessness is a serious issue in Yakima County. The homeless typically have a variety of needs, and no one service provider can do it all. This collaboration connects existing resources to create a "wraparound" system of support and change. Each year, United Way sponsors Project Homeless Connect, a one-day event bringing together agencies and homeless individuals and families to make the critical connection to community services.
