The purpose of United Way New Leaders Yakima County is to promote the Yakima Valley, provide network and socializing opportunities, while developing our member’s leadership skills. In support of United Way of Central Washington’s mission “to gather together people, ideas and resources to strengthen communities and improve lives” – United Way's New Leaders Yakima County provides recognition and opportunities for learning, development, and access to civic engagement.
