Each of us has the ability to do something for our community. 

At United Way we help provide you with a meaningful volunteer experience, because we are in touch with the needs in our community.

Individual Volunteer Opportunities

We work with our community partners to create a comprehensive list of volunteer needs in our community. United Way has volunteer opportunities throughout the year. In the Fall, volunteers work as Loaned Executives making employee presentations to employee groups across Central Washington. Hundreds of people serve on the campaign team each year making calls. In the spring Community Investment volunteers are needed to review charity applications and determine funding levels.

Corporate Voluntarism

Each year we provide corporate teams meaningful work experiences through our Day of Caring. Service projects include housework for the disabled, landscaping and painting for a non-profit organization, and creating kits to help those in need. Community service isn't limited to September, we are able to help companies find projects year round through our charity contacts.
